You can turn off the sound notifications but you don’t get the red message notification when you’ve got messages waitimg

Nothing to do with the region. It stopped working for a couple days because it came off the App Store. Most people then proceeded to delete the app and go on webchat. However after a couple days it’s started working again. Can’t be downloaded from the App Store anymore but if you were lucky enough not to delete the app you can still use it
