And they don’t have to include all of the processed ‘meat’ substitutes
I have never tried Veggly
I also know there is Veggie Connection, but there aren’t many people on that one either
Interesting view on n vegetarians
I don’t think that soy is the issue
I think even the doctors don’t know what to believe.
I think people spread misinformation intentionally
I wish that I would have found out about the benefits being vegan 30 years ago. But I’m glad that I adopted the vegan lifestyle when I did.
Even my own mother thinks that I amwas crazy when I went vegan. She thought that I was not “living” because I was giving up all animal products. She thought that I was going to wither away. Now she knows that isn’t true, not what happened. I have made some vegan meals for her and she now understands how good they are and that I am not missing out on anything, and my cholesterol and BP are so much better for it.
Do your research. Know your references. Look for reputable sources. Form your own opinion, don’t just believe the opinion of the all knowing social media.
There has not been any conclusive evidence that soy poses a cancer risk. Nor does it need to be avoided if you have had cancer in the past. But don’t just believe my opinion, do some quality research.
I agree, doctors don’t know everything either
