If it contemplating suicide why am I here why do we feel like this why do we have to feel depressed why can’t we be happy just for a day

depression doesnt just appear out of nowhere dude there are many reasons you feel suicidal

If it doesn’t just appear than why does it happen after the fact that I did something good in life why does I feel like I’m worthless

because you're not gonna just magically undo loads of negativity at once
