Over time I learned how to improve my lung stamina so it’s pretty good now

At first I was getting burnt out quick. Now all I do ishit a blinker and a near blinker 30 minutes before I lift, use the cream right before, lift for an hour, hit the pen one more time and I’m good

In 10 years, I’ve NEVER had anything help with pain besides this position
