Ok this is what I read. On a week if you have a sleep deficit of like upto 6 to 8 hours you can make it up on the weekend. But if it goes beyond that the only way to recover is to like take a vacation or sleep at home with no alarm clock just falling asleep and waking up until your body gets back the sleep debt
