Naja gut ist geprahlt, hab meiner Kollegin Freundin heute mal gesagt, wie uncool manche Arbeit von ihr auf Station ist und ich kein bock auf die miese Stimmung mehr habe. Im Nachhinein tat es mir leid, aber ich musst mir heute mal Luft machen

tzdm musst auch du mal was sagen

ich habe auch viel zu lange gewartet mit etwas sagen und siehe da , seitdem arbeitet der kollege auch mal

Der Eimer war längst am überlaufen, nur heute wollte ich nimmer nachwischen. Wir arbeiten immer am Limit und ich bin die die immer länger da ist als sie muss. Die angestaute Luft musste raus

aber indem du länger da bist , zeigst du den das es tzdm alles funktioniert und es wird sich nichts ändern

ich habe damals immer und immer wieder überlastungsanzeigen geschrieben , erst danach wurde gehandelt

bzw alle mitarbeiter haben das getan von der station

Das ist bei uns eh schon an der Tagesordnung. Trotzdem gibt es da mich!

ich weiss du arbeitest gerne und viel , aber auch du wirst an deine grenze kommen wo nichts mehr geht , also pass bitte auf

An dieser Grenze war ich bereits im August. Hat sie mich gestoppt? Nein! Aber ich weiß was du meinst und geb mir Mühe nicht so ein Ausfall wieder zu erleben. Versprochen
