Mas pinipili po ng iba Manila rate, baba din kase ng provincial rate.

Ayun lang, pero mahal padin cost of living sa Manila kung tutuusin

Kaya sakto lang din na mataas rate jan eh 😂

If may farm ka for veggies and everything na pwede makain, makakatipid ng konti.
