Да, и накачка у меня обьемные жилы годамт нарощенные

Скучаю уже по залу

Не рекомендую вообще железо

Ни в каком виде, для суставов травма любой большой вес, для связок, для мышц

Старость потом не радость

Организм изнашивает железо быстро

Я думал я наоборот тренирую мышцы😠

И все остальное 😞

есть определенный лимит веса на сгибание сустава и все что выше травмирует его

он рассчитывается, но если взять гантели, то допустимый вес будет смешной

Не расти из себя больного старца, расти выносливость и крепкое сердце

Вот это спорт

Расти жилы и здоровье
