It’s not a coffee or tea. I made my own dipping for my sandwich, and I put it in the ramekin dish.
What dipping sauce did you make?
I don’t have a name of the dipping sauce that I made. It’s a mixture of mayonnaise, labne kefir cheese, season salt, tajin and dill relish.
I’m not sure what Kefir or, tajin is. The rest is an interesting combination.

How do you feel now? Do you still a headache?
I think my headache is gone since I ate something, rehydrated myself and stretched a bit. But, I’ve been laying around and didn’t sleep well so, I don’t feel great.
Try to hydrate yourself more and stretching out for some more time. Then a warm shower could help. Hope it will make you feel better.
Okay, I’ll try to get up and drink some of my juice or flavored water, stretch a bit, walk. Then, I’ll shower before dinner. I don’t know how far I’ll walk though. I was stretching every day, but I stopped.
Juice could help, the sugar in it can provide you energy, just not too much. The flavored water will make you crave to drink more, and please watch the sugar content of it.
I’m really bad with sugar and I can’t stand regular water. But, I don’t think either of the drinks have much sugar
