Single player games are completely fine at 30 fps and some older games won’t play on higher. Black Ops 2 really on likes 60 dead rising 2 is locked to 30
My Skyrim wanted me to lock the game to 60
with my graphics mods and retextures I play fivem RSM, my fps never goes above 50 but it’s smooth and stable. No matter what I do to the settings it stays at50 fps. Low vs ultra exact performance
