Everyone's texting a group message at work but I'm on lunch, but it's regarding scheduling, which I'm the scheduler. Why would they try and make scheduling without confirming with me

I do admin and dispatch for emergency services for fire flood and bio losses

We sent people down to the fires losses in los angeles last month
