Promethazine can cause seizures which is what he had but he drank entire pint of lean beforegetting on the plane then added oxy on the plane. People on the plane said he wasn’t scared because he had fall guys who were going to take the blame. He got narcan and on the amount of opioids he was on it’s possible it caused such a shock to his system that he had seizures
