faraj kabob you don’t want get there chicken kabob made rather you want to go meat department ask them for the marinated chicken thighs and marinated beef

However in the restaurant section you can get tahdig, ghormeh sabzi, split pea stew, on Fridays they have a dish called goundi

However only on Friday do they sell goundi and tahdig you need to pre order

Like I order my tahdig today for tomorrow from them lol

They sell out of it very fast

Plus an order of tahdig super cheap

It’s a pain to make in my opinion

If you want a sit down Persian food place I can share but those two places are my favorite places of all times

As far Syrian food that is harder to find in LA

My grandma and mom taught me some Syrian recipes

Then I changed their recipes to find a way to make it faster and just as tasty
