Oh that’s very interesting. I would’ve never guessed the geode to have been heat treated to make that color, or that rubies get filled in. I wonder if other gemstones get filled in with paste🤔

No, it’s a children’s mask from the Jurassic ParkWorld toy line. Kol really wanted to be a velociraptor for Halloween, so we turned him into a Kolociraptor😂

He hasn’t used it yet, but I’m optimistic

He never looks at me when I take his picture, unless I call his name😂

He definitely knows his name. He also knows the shake sound (his bugs in calcium) and will literally come running. He somewhat knows the patting motion to come, more so if he’s jumping from someonesomething else to me. I’ve had to remove and reinstall the hammock with larger hooks, but I’m sure if I feed him over there enough times he’ll get comfortable with it. I saw handmade hammocks and tunnels at the reptile show and couldn’t help myself😂

“All Ohio ReptileShow” it’s over in Hilliard at the fairgrounds one Saturday of every month. They actually just expanded to another building. Lots of breeders, feeders, collectibles, and accessories. I got Kingston from a breeder there ages ago. Every so often if I pop in, I’ll get feeders from them too.

I got him a dehydrated peep from Girls Gone Raw to try and this seemed like the perfect occasion. Without hesitation he took it back to his place bed and ate it in less than 60 seconds. Then came up to me looking for more😂😂
