just been through a lot of therapy and done a lot of drugs

they can really help you open up to how much love is in the workd

i really have enjoyed mdma, mushrooms and lsd

theyve helped me in my opinion grow emotionally as well as deepen my relationship with others and myself

but thats also bc i try and incorporate some therapy techniques that are also beneficial
