As much as any study of the metaphysical or paranormal can be. It can be scientifically reproduced, though to varying degree of results.

Important that everyone should know? Meditate, get to know your thoughts, and learn how not to follow all of them. Do yoga and breathwork, practice mindfulness. If you have any interest in the occult, do these things first. And never take everything from any one book. The occult is by definition hidden knowledge, to be read between the lines and not taken too literally.

Meditate to learn your own mind, both for the necessary self-improvement, and to later know what IS and ISN'T your mind. The third eye is just another name for the sixth chakra, it's not literal in any sense, and it probably isn't the pineal gland.

yes I mediate since I was kid and do self-hypnosis, but when I think deep my mid brain get rush of blood and pressure
