Communicating ain’t always easy. The thing is if you fear it…you will be polarised by it. It’s far better to take the plunge and communicate…cos each time you do you learn from the experience

Then…that’s a choice you make. You choose to allow yourself to be frozen by the ice cream. Nothing was ever achieved by ppl who didn’t face their fears.
