I’m waiting on the sunrise!

Trying to regulate circadian rhythm and all

Waking up to watch the sunrise supposedly helps regulate sleeping and shut down melatonin production and such.

And I have never slept good, ever, it’s just really affecting me mentally and physically so much lately. I reckon I’ll try.
