Well, I consult and help work on researching a buildings history and why it might be significant

what's the bar you have to achieve for a building to be preserved
Well. It typically has to meet criteria set by the National Parks Service
Historic significance, architectural style and uniqueness, those are usually the biggies
Uhmmmm. It's hit or miss I guess. Depends on how well we do our job arguing too I guess
