I am so weak I can’t even do more than one proper pushup and on the second I fall to the ground.
I can only do multiple halfway pushups.
Maintaining the final bulk you want is the real challenge.
Endurance and stamina is far moreimportant than bulk.
But do you do those things or are you just dreaming?
Take learning languages. Learning new languages is cool. But if you don’t speak those languages often, you won’t need them.
Yeah. But you can’t do everything by yourself either. And you may lose that muscle mass quickly if you don’t maintain a regular workout schedule and if you don’t eat enough and right. That’s the problem with that bulk.
Being fit enough is better in my opinion.
Even if it’s all healthy stuff, that’s too many calories to burn per day.
Then perhaps it’s time to up the game if you no longer get tired.
That’s one reason you’d be losing mass quicker than expected. If it no longer hurts, I think you’re not doing enough for your body.
Running and walking regularly and for too long distances for me makes my crotch hurt because my thighs chafe. It feels like blades cutting me.
I just don’t see why anyone want to bulk that much.
