It felt good to go from 10 pound dumbbell curls to 35 pound ones. That's all I know. There are people who lift heavier, there are people who lift lighter. Does it matter to me what others lift

Went from 220 pounds to 144, my pre-diabetes and hypertension disappeared so there's that
The definition is based on the amount of glucose I suppose
Between 100 - 120 it's pre-diabetes post that i guess it's diabetes territory
