I don't know if I trust places that have "scientific" claims
Gonna look up those planners, sounds interesting
No idea what you're talking about... But I'm curious
That's okay. At least I know what to look for
Ooh, what got removed? Someone posting without impulse control? 😂
Well. Look online for ways to deal with it. Lots of tricks and advice
One I like is called body doubling. And another thing I do is setting a timer that goes off every few minutes, that reminds me to get back to the task
I think we all have it here
Me? Both. Diagnosed twice as a kid, but ritalin didn't work for me.
So they said I don't have it.. Then diagnosed twice as an adult, and it became clear I have it, but meds don't work the same on me
Sometimes, I get side effects and and tolerance very quickly
But I'm rare, for most people meds are a life changer
>>> I consume Prohiper.
That's Methylphenidate
It's amazing for most people and comes in 3 forms: 1) short acting, often called Ritalin. 2) Long acting using beads that dissolve in 3 stages, often called Ritalin LA. 3) gradual release, using an osmotic tablet that slowly releases it through the day, often called Concerta
>>> I can control myself most of the time. But...
I don't react well to Methylate, makes me a zombie. And I quickly build up tolerance to other stimulants. So I have many other ways to deal with my adhd
Ritalin makes me a stupid zombie, Aderall I start tolerating and it stops working within 2 weeks.
I use natural stimulants, but it's less effective; lions mane, B vitamins, ginseng, garana, caffeine... Going to start trying micro dosing
