I don't freeze in the winter
Freezing in the winter is a big deal. It was colder here than some more northern states last week. I hated it.
I stayed home and didn’t even go outside for 5 days straight.

I have an Army buddy in Del City
I’ve been to Del City a few times. I used to date a guy who was staying there. He was worried I would find it too violent to visit.
Ironic that he would get fired from his job for being too violent.
He had suggested that we meet to have breakfast, coffee, read our books, whatever, at a local place but then didn’t want to take me there because there are many unhoused people who frequent the place.
I don’t know who he thought I was.

I lived in Texas for a while but the difference between Oklahoma and Texas feels negligible
