Suspected Labral Tear in my hip
Never been in so much pain.
Pain is in hip joint. Radiating down the femur, into the knee, quads and testicles
Didn’t “do” anything. It’s one of those injuries that can just happen.
It’s a tear in the cartilage that lines the hip socket
Really is that due to age ? Or just wear and tear
Hopefully keyhole surgery, but 3-6 month recovery
When can they do the surgery
Consultant appointment on Monday to review scans.
If it is a tear, I’ll be on the list.
Hoping it’s weeks, not months.
Yeah hopefully .. nhs is naffed at the min you might be better of going nhs
I work for the NHS. Unfortunately we don’t get preferential treatment
