so how is warshington these days
we all float down here, Georgie
even if things end up a bit too heavy
how’s the rent in Washington?? No specific location
Rent is pretty high in populated areas, honestly cost is kinda determined in your distance from work... Higher rent closer to reduce cummmute is sometimes worth it.
Yep it's all over the place depends on where you wanna be
Rent SUCKS unless you in the boonies
Right now it's actually with buying a house if you can, the payment will likely be less than monthly rent... The cable installer was shocked our rent was higher than his house payment 😂😂.
Yeah, my old apartment rent was more than my friend’s house payment by about 600 bucks
It does greatly depend on your down-payment and financing mortgage but usually it's actually more cost effective.
Well it also helped that she purchased it way back in the day
Yeah I got my mortgage locked in at 3% and is significantly less than what my neighbor is paying for rent on a similar house
Hey Jenna how was your day?
