It’s just an interesting thought I had
That’s a pretty good point
Yeah it’s something I realized, the number of animals who are victim every year is so incomprehensibly enormous, that if you assign them a nonzero moral value, even if that moral value is sooo small, it starts to add up given how much animals are affected
So I just did the math, and was really shocked by the result
People don’t want to know about it.
If people had to butcher their own animals they would think twice.
People only care about the taste
And they follow what their culture had raised them up with
this is what i always say, especially when so many people express how disgusted they are by raw meat
im like then how can you eat it? doesn’t make any sense to me at all
People don’t WANT to know where it comes from.
There's this company that says they are so decent because they collect the naturally dead animals to make protein shakes and other products
Still making the meat a focal point not shifting the whole idea that this by itself is disgusting
but disgusting is just an opinionpreference
it’s still good that they’re not killing anything
There is so much misinformation on the web.
There was I tuber that was saying that you have to take so many supplements as a vegan. And there some things that can only come from meat. I call BS! They give the supplement to the animals, that’s how you get them from eating meat. Why not just take the supplement yourself?!? 🤷♂️
i’ve even heard that from nutritionists
it doesn’t even make sense… like b12. herbivore animals’ bodies contain it so how does it make sense that creatures need to eat meat to get it
i learned from educated people who also have common sense that it comes from the soil
Yes, vitamin B-12 comes from soil. Herbivores get it from soil, if they eat grasses or the like where they might ingest some of that soil. But most livestock are fed processed grain feed, not grasses. That’s why they have to give all the animals supplements and antibiotics.
>>> We all supposedly are
So why are you talking about things vegan already know ?
Like b12 that comes from bacteria in poop
Because the subject was raised
It just tastes like carrot sadly
>>> It just tastes like carrot sadly
Really? I didn't try it. I tried one from another brand and it was pretty close to the original. BTW I don't like its taste but it's cool there are so many vegan options... people say that vegans shouldn't copy these flavours blabla, but they forget that most of the vegans became plant based for ethical reasons, not because they didn't like the taste of meat or fish
Guys we should organise a meet up 🙂
Organised by hemisphere 😁
who’s down to start a vegan business
