Unless you're looking at coastal maine. ๐ฐ
Yeah, NM isn't cheap. It's a surprise for most. Unless you want to live off grid.
I bought my house in NC. Best decision Iโve ever made
Price per square yard isnโt bad
I lived in Maine years ago it's beautiful there. Sadly I'm in Indiana
Price per square yard isnโt bad
I went through Indiana some years ago. It seemed nice but that was just a freeway passing by.
I wonโt lie. I miss snow ๐
But i just divorced and all my kids & almost all my grandkids live here is why I came back
I did miss snow but the big fluffy kind in Washington state
Makes sense to be honest. All my family is in NY. I only settled in NC bcs of the military
Yeah I like the fluffy kind as well
Navy born, raised & married
Not divorced at 55 and start over with nothing
Living with one of my daughter's until I can afford a new place on my own
Maybe find a nice apartment with a good view. Saw some places in Tennessee once. Apartments but super luxury, nestled into a Forrested area, literal lake outside, was real nice. More affordable than a house.
I just moved from Tennessee
I hear you. Not many do. But sometimes it's a viable option.
But for the maintenance aspect I have thought about it
I would rather save to buy
My daughter said I can live with them for 18 years but no longer since I raised here for 18 years lol
I want to save a few years of that for when I'm to old live on my own ๐๐๐
Have a lot to think about in the years to come
I just want a small 2bed 1ยฝ bath.
Because so many are moving into bigger new construction homes. I think many will be selling their smaller homes.
I don't need much land so I'm fully open in that too
12 acre seems plenty when I think about it.
Yes it is. I had a house on a half acre. I think for me would be just right
Howโs all my country folks this evening ?
Hey everyone. How's the night ๐
