Basically told her she was 💩 bc she’s a huge safety risk and I got tired of repeating myself over and over. I literally had 3 word documents just from today to go with her paperwork.

We sat in an office for about an hour discussing this and she was crying

She’s going into remedial Monday and someone else’s problem then.

After 2 weeks of she doesn’t get to together, she’s fired

I don’t know where they find these people to work with us

I’m indispatch but she’s been a big officer safety issue. They won’t even allow her on a radio yet.

The movie is for background noise, plus doesn’t matter what’s on, I have to be doing something else. I like multitasking lol
