The problem was smoking weed giving me panic attacks until i fell asleep in my head I knew i was okay but my body I couldn't control
Because you aren’t giving body commands with the mind and flowing with the body the mind controls the body just fine.. you only realize you have habits.. good you’re aware but the body has a mind too… your subconscious controls it give sub instructions by making decisions and committing

So what I’m saying is you’re now aware you have a mind
lol i guess so? I'm just saying like my brain knows my body is just reacting to the weed and it knows I'll be okay but my jaw still clenches and my heart still races and aches and my body still shakes. I've tried talking myself through them and ofc breathing exercises but really the only thing to help is sober up or sleep

Yeah I've just recently learned I'm reacting this way because I'm not comfortable in my environment 🥲 i wish I could be though
Just be comfortable in your body in other environments.. it takes some encouraging words and knowledgeable words to tell yourself that explains things about you in such a way it’s respectful towards yourself
