You're in my prayers. Everyone faces trails and temptations. You're not alone. God has provided a way of escape for us through Jesus Christ. Give your cares to the Lord. Sincerely ask him to remove all sinful desires from your heart. How does that look? It's practicing self-control by refraining from people, places and things (devicessites) which inable such addictions. Prayer and fasting.
