I usually make my own because I don't like it hot
So I do mine without heat

I don't use curry paste when I make stuff I just use the individual spices that I like and omit the ones I don't like LOL
You left out Middle Eastern cuisine
Middle Eastern is the bomb

Well I don't eat with my hands but there are certain cultures where they use bread to scoop up things

They use flatbread to sop up all the sauce
The only thing I really eat that way is hummus and even that I'll usually spread on something or dip vegetables in it
