Ich hatte ein sehr gutes Gespräch mit einem ausbildungsberater vom Arbeitsamt.

Klingt gut Willst du noch was neues machen?

Jein. Ich möchte die Ausbildung zu dem Bereich machen in dem ich schon die ganze Zeit gearbeitet habe um da dann bessere Aufstiegschancen zu haben

Okay Verständlich Wie lange machst du das schon?

Ich bin da so rein gewachsen die letzten 15 Jahre.

Das sollte doch reichen zur Anerkennung, normal 5 Jahre

Ist bei mir das gleiche Aber schon fast 30 Jahre 😅

Ich suche aber jetzt in einem etwas anderen Bereich. Hab zwar seit Jahren im trainingssektor die Seminare koordiniert und auch das interne upskilling begleitet, möchte aber jetzt direkt in die Personalabteilung und da aus- und Weiterbildung steuern

Ah okay Klingt ganz gut Kommt natürlich immer auf den Arbeitgeber an manche bestehen ja drauf Bzw es gibt leider zu viele für eine Stelle die sie sich aussuchen können

Deswegen mag ich die Ausbildung haben
